Inventory Adjustment

Win or Lose an item

Step 1
Go to ‘Inventory Adjustment’ and press “New” to create a new journal. Then, fill the warehouse where you
want to win or lose the item and press 'OK'.



Step 2
In journal lines section, press “New” to create a new line and fill in the item number you want to win / lose. In this example picture, Bulk Vase Small Amber.



Step 3
Fill in the quantity: If you want to win 1 item, insert 1. If you want to lose 1 item, insert -1.

Then, specify reason code (why you want to win or lose it – Info about reason codes: Cost centers/Counting reason codes – Pick-up Point & Store )

In this example picture, we want to discard the Bulk because it’s broken so we chose QTY : -1 / Reason Code : 01 Discard



Step 4
Fill in a little comment in “Journal Comment”, like in this case we write 'Broken' and, when everything is correct, just press “Post” on top of the page.
