How to use the claim portal

Step 1
Go to 'All return orders' and click on the RMA on the claim you want to see.

It’s only orders with a claim ID that has a claim.




Step 2
If you need to see the RMA papers you can click on ‘Show pdf’.

It will now be downloaded to your computer.




Step 3
If you need to see a more detailed description, you need to go to the claim portal.

Scroll down to the Line Details and click on the order number for the original sales order.

You will now be redirected to the original sales order.




Step 4
You are now in the original sales order. Scroll down to line details and click on ‘Claim’.

Click on the claim link.





Step 5
You are now forwarded to the claim portal.

Under ‘Product claim status’ you can see the status of the claim.

In ‘Product claim details’ all the order information is shown. If you scroll further down, you can see the
customer information.

The most important is ‘Portal comments’.

Here is the email correspondence between Bolia and the supplier.

If you double click on a line you will be forwarded to another window where you can see the whole email and the pictures that is uploaded.
