Transfer to HUB Outlet

Step 1
Go to ‘HUB & Outlet’ and create a new journal




Step 2
Add your HUB Warehouse code

The rest (Site, Currency & Price group) will be filled in automatically from the system.

Click 'OK'





Step 3
Click on Create Lines > On-Hand




Step 4
Go to 'Filter'





Step 5
Put in your filters like shown in the picture below



Now press ‘OK’ and ‘OK’

Now it will take a while to create all your lines in the Journal.


Step 6
Create an Outlet Price

You can either fill in a % Discount or an Outlet Sales Price



Remember to follow the Bolia policy about pricing with Gross Margin 40% If you need to check, click on
‘Update of Gross Margin %’




Step 7
Fill in a description and check in ‘Packaging error’ and/or ‘Item error’ if relevant. Always check off ‘Can be
delivered’




Step 8
Click on 'Create outlet'


Now all lines have a new Serial number.



Write the specific Serial number, item name and date on a white label and put it on the right product with a Ferco B(Yellow) label.

If the item consists of several item numbers, for example c-colli, then please use a # to describe that the item consists of more collies. For example #1 and #2.


Step 9
Bundle Products

If you have Items with a c-collie you have to bundle the Products

➔ Mark the lines that you want to bundle
➔ Click on ‘Bundle Products


Now the Items will get a Bundle ID -> you don’t have to write down the Bundle ID on the Item




Step 10
Click on ‘Post outlet Sales prices’



The outlet will be visible on the website the next day.
