Cost centers/Counting reason codes – Pick-up Point & Store

When you need to make changes to your inventory on the Pick-up point – you must use one of the Cost centers below.



01 Discard: When loosing items on 01 Discard, Bolia pays. This Cost center is valid to use in cases where you take the decision to lose the item.

02 Stock correction: When loosing items on 02 Stock corrections, Bolia pays. This Cost center is valid to use for actual stock corrections – usually that would be during inventory counting

08 Claims: When loosing items on 08 Claims, Manufacturer/ Transport company pays fully or partially – or Bolia pays. This cost center is valid for all claimed items – no matter if it is Transport damage or a regular claimed item. You do not need to consider if the claim has been approved.

01 Discard: This Cost center is valid to use in cases where you take the decision to lose the item, could be if a vase gets broken etc.

02 Stock correction: This Cost center is valid to use for actual stock corrections – usually that would be during inventory counting or Inventory adjustment

03 Theft: To be used when we have item(s) stolen

04 Other: If none of the other Cost centers applies, then this can be used

08 Claims: When losing items on 08 Claims, Manufacturer/ Transport company pays fully or partially. This cost center is valid for all claimed items – no matter if it is Transport damage or a regular claimed item. You do not need to consider if the claim has been approved.

11 Own consumption: When you lose items for your staff room, light bulbs for the exhibition etc. then use this Cost center

14 Gift employees: When an employee gets a gift from our range of items, then use this Cost center

26 Xmas: Merry Christmas – use this cost center to lose the items used as Christmas gift for your employees
