Transfer combinations to outlet

Put Combinations on Outlet

Step 1
Go to HUB & Outlet 

Step 2
Create a new Journal 



Step 3
Fill in the Warehouse from where you want to transfer the Item.

You can put in both the main and exhibition warehouse on the same time.

Site, Currency & Price group will be filled in automatically from the system. Press ‘OK’




Step 4
Click ‘New’ under Journals lines to create a new line.




Step 5
Fill in the combination Item number

➔ you can scan it from the label if you have a printed one

➔ You can also find the combination Item number on the website when you create the product as it is
in your warehouse/store



ATTENTION: Only existing combinations on the website can be created on Outlet

Now you can fill in the combination Item Number

Step 6
Fill in Serial number, Warehouse, Location, Move to warehouse and Outlet Quantity
At Serial number put in: ‘Store’
At Warehouse choose the warehouse the items are located on your on-hand (Can be Main or E warehouse)
At 'Location' put in: InStore
At ‘Move to Warehouse’ put in you outlet warehouse
At ‘Outlet Quantity’ put in 1,00




Step 7
Click on Refresh



Now it has folded out the Lines that are in the Combination

Step 8
Make sure that you have all the Items from the Combination On-hand
If it doesn’t show anything On-Hand you can typically solve this by retyping ‘Store’ in the ‘Serial number’
field.

Don’t worry it will not show that you have the Combination On-hand and that’s fine.



Step 9
Put in a Price and Description

➔ You have to put in the Price/Discount on all lines
➔ Make sure that all lines have the same Discount in %
➔ Fill in the Description
➔ Put marks in ‘Item error’ and ‘Packaging error’ if needed



Step 10
Click ‘Create outlet’



Now it transfers the Items to the Outlet warehouse and creates a serial number for every line.



Step 11
Delete the second combination line that has the Serial number Store

➔ Mark the Line with the combination that has the Serial number Store
➔ Click on Delete



Step 12
Bundle the Products
➔ Mark all lines and click on Bundle products


Now the lines should have all the same Bundle ID



Step 13
Click Post outlet sales prices


The combination is now transferred to outlet.
