View return lines

With the return lines tool, you can see what have been previously returned from the order.

Step 1
Go to the sales order and click on ‘View return lines’ under ‘Bolia’




Step 2
Here you can see what has been returned from the sales order.

If the item has been returned in store context with ‘Return item’ there will not be an RMA number.

This is only when customer service makes the return.
