This guideline contains how to update delivery date or type.
According to BOLIA policy we can only delay a customer order with 4 months.
Step 1
Mark all furniture lines that you want to change delivery for and the freight line.
N.B. Don’t mark instant items or PNP items.
Click ‘Bolia’ and ‘Update delivery details’
DON’T FORGET to recalculate delivery date if you added new items to existing orders!
Step 2
Use the “Calculate”-Button first in the Popup window to check what delivery dates are possible to choose
from.
All empty boxes will be filled out automatically.
Step 3
Now use the box “select time range” to set a new delivery day & timezone.
Press “OK” to confirm the new delivery date.
Step 4
If you want to change delivery type follow step 3. but change the type in box “handling type” from (f.e.
delivery into pick up) before clicking “calculate” button
Step 5
Now you can doublecheck what kind of date/time and delivery type is registered on the order in your sales order lines under “handling type” and “delivery time” and “time range”
Remember to collect money from the customer if the delivery is changed from pick-up to customer
delivery.
Now you can send the customer a new order confirmation
