The following will show how you unpick open orders with “Fulfillment status”, “Picked”, which have been picked by our Hub partners.
Make sure that the order is not in modify mode before you continue.
Step 1
Mark the sales order line – Click on 'Warehouse' > 'Shipment details'
Step 2
Find the column “Reverse” > click on 'Reverse Shipment confirmation'
Step 3
Click on “Reduce picked quantity”
Step 4
Choose “Move to” location (Main for regular items – Mainoutlet for Hub Outlet items)
Apply 'Inventory quantity' and end procedure with “OK”
(If there is more than 1 colli – run Step 3 and 4 again)
(When reduce picked qty. procedure has been finalized – go back to the sales order)
Step 5
Now your order is ready to get updated/lines removed
(Note: Cancellation fee on Hub outlet items can be removed – Cancellation fee on regular items must be charged)
