This guideline contains how to send a sales order confirmation to the customer.
Step 1
Go to the order and click “Confirm sales order” under the “Sell”-tab
Step 2
You can choose a printer if you would like a written copy and have “Send email” on “Yes”. Then click “OK”
You have now sent an order confirmation.
Find previous order confirmations or send the customer a confirmation for an invoiced order
Step 1
Click “Sales order confirmation” under the “Sell”-tab
Step 2
You will then see all the order confirmations that has been created and the created date and time.
Mark the confirmation you would like to view and click “Planet press” and “Show report”
The order confirmation will then be downloaded to your computer and you can print or send it by email as an attachment to the customer.
