Search for items

How to search for items in the item number tab.

Step 1
Click the arrow in the “item number” field





Step 2

Click the arrow on “Search name”




Step 3
Type the “family”-name i.e. “Scandinavia”, “Classic”, “Graceful” etc. Click “Apply”




Step 4
Check what order the text is written in (i.e. size, fabric, color, type of legs).

It’s important that we write in the correct order to get the result we want.




Step 5
Click the arrow in “Product name”




Step 6
Make sure the blue text says “contains” and type with “ * ” between each word or phrase you type and
make sure the order is correct. Click “Apply”




Step 7
Find and click on the correct variant



You have now added it to the “item number”-field
