Step 1
Enter modify mode to change any information in specific sales order. Click “modify” under “sales order”
Step 2
Switch from “Lines”-View into “Header”-View to see customer details/information
Step 3
Now you can see the customers contact information under “General” and you can change or add all
information you need to.
Just click “Save” to register your changes on the order, when you are done.
Step 4
If you need to change delivery address you only have to scroll down a little until you see the overview
“address” in the header view.
Now you can see the latest delivery address the order is connected with.
To change the address click on the “+”-Button
Step 5
Overview with “new address” pops up and you can enter the new address information
Step 6
After confirming the new address with “OK” please mark 'Update all lines' and 'Recalculate delivery dates' and press “OK” again
Remember to click ‘Complete’ the sales order when you are done
And remember to send a new order confirmation for the customer.
