How to order an item for the store
Step 1
Open ‘Quick purchase order’ and click ‘New’
Step 2
You can either paste in the item number by creating the item you want on the website and copy it or
searching for it in the system.
If you need to search for the item go to the guideline: Search for items
(You can also order 00-Combination item)
When you’ve pasted in the item you want to order click on the tab-button on your keyboard, then the
line will update.
‘Exhibition’ field is mandatory to update on items where we get exhibition discount
Choose YES if the item is for exhibition and No if the item is for stock. When choosing YES, the item will
get exhibition discount and be transferred to your exhibition warehouse upon receive registration.
On items where we do not get exhibition discount, the system will set default No, but you can update to
yes, if the item is meant to be in the exhibition stock upon arrival.
Step 3
You can now choose the quantity. – How many you want order.
You can also choose a delivery date yourself if you want the item to be delivered in a specific week.
Click on the little calendar icon and choose the date you want.
You can only choose dates after the earliest calculated date as you can see under ‘Delivery date warehouse’.
Only choose the weekday that you have delivery in your store.
Step 4
You can now scroll to the right where you can fill in a comment for yourself in the ‘Attention information’
field.
It’s always a good idea to write where the furniture needs to go in the store, or if it should be stocked in
your stockroom.
This comment will appear on the label on the furniture when it arrives in your store and on your transfer order and the Power BI Purchase order.
Step 5
You can now proceed to add more items by clicking ‘New’
Step 6
When you are finished with adding items > click on ‘Purchase order’ and choose ‘Create PO’ to finalize
your purchase inquiry.
