Quick purchase order - Create item list

You can create item lists that you can order to your store from easy and fast

Create item lists

Step 1
Go to ‘Quick purchase order’ and fill in lines with all the items you want to make a list for.

In the list shown below we've filled in some items that we always should have in stock, and items that we often need to reorder, such as

Step 2
Mark all items and click on ‘Item list’. Now choose ‘Create/update item list’

Step 3
Give your list a name and click ‘Create item list'






Find your item list and use it for ordering 

Step 1
Go to ‘Quick purchase order’. Click ‘Item list’ and choose ‘Copy from item list’




Step 2
Click on the arrow in the 'item list' field and scroll until you find your list.

Click on it. 




Step 3
Click on 'Copy marked'




Step 4
You are now redirected to the order list.

You can remove the items you don’t want to order and continue to make a purchase on the item by clicking ‘Purchase order’ and choosing the option that fits the items.
