Sometimes items are delayed, or you have forgotten to scan an item. You can check this in your transfer
orders.
Step 1
Open Transfer Order
To use this front page in the easiest way you should filter “to warehouse” with you store warehouse (i.e.
KRS-225) and sort “ship date” by date.
Step 2
Look at your transfer status. Does it look like it should?
We have three different transfer statuses:
Created: The order has been created, but it has not yet been scanned at your local HUB
Shipped: The order has been scanned at your local HUB
Received: All the items have been scanned as received by the store (or by help from
store_scan@bolia.com)
You should make it a habit to check this list every week to make sure that everything that should be
received is received. It should be registered correctly within as few days as possible.
To check which specific items are missing follow the steps below.
Step 3
Click the transfer number to go in to the transfer order
Step 4
Open your transfer order and click ‘Receive now’
Step 5
The items with a number in the ‘Receive remain’ is not received on the scanner.
If you click on the line (with the arrow) it will show you the item name above in the ‘Transfer order lines’
Step 6
You should then check to see if this is something that is physically received, or if it is missing from the
order.
Step 7
If you have received it you can scan it using your store scanner. When you refresh the page after it has
been scanned you should now see it in the “received quantity”
If you have missed scanning the item at a delivery and have thrown out the collie label, write
store_scan@bolia.com and ask to get the item received manually.
If this is actually a missing item please also send an email to store_scan@bolia.com
