There are somethings to prepare and good information to have before you start doing a tag counting in
your store.

General information
• We conduct rolling inventories every week in smaller Range areas
• Stores with bad results and stores which don’t make their rolling inventories can be forced to make
a full inventory
• After a rebuild the store must complete a full inventory
• This to secure to be in better control with the Store inventories
• What to count in which week you find in the different counting journals in D365
What will generate wrong Inventory?
• Wrong counting
• Minus lines
• Scanning wrong labels
• Poor control of receipt of Store items
• Selling on wrong barcode
• Selling by EAN1/various
• Return of items to wrong stock location
• Selling items from wrong stock locations
Inventory counting – What to count
All items belonging to Bolia must be counted - no matter where they are stored:
• You have to count all SELLABLE items, which are in our Range.
• Remember to count propping's and decoration in the store, which are in our Range
• Remember to count ALL items in the stock areas. Look after things which are "stuffed away“ in
drawers etc.
• All collis have to be counted - also #2, #3, etc.
• Items on all stock location must be counted - also your exhibition- and outlet items
• Click & Collect items are counted as ordinary items, until they are handed out.
• ”Picked” Click & Collect items have to be counted!
• Flower pots:
o Even when you use them with soil and plants you have to count them
o You possibly will be able to sell them incl. the plants later.
o Only if you throw them out afterward, you have to loose them on cost center 11.
Don’t count these items:
• Claims/replacements from suppliers, where we have received a credit note.

• Propping's, which are NOT in our Range.
• Wallpapers, which are mounted on the wall
• Items/furniture that you USE in the staff room, stock room and toilets
• Coffee cups in the Coffee area
• Group 80 – Samples
• Pick-up and Pending Zone at the HUB (reserved items)
• Service Area at the HUB
