On-Hand Setup

This guideline will show the optimal setup for your on-hand overview and what the different filters and
dimensions mean.

The on hand is in general very flexible and easy to personalize. This guideline just shows the optimal setup. But you can of course always personalize it to your needs, and everything you do can always be undone or changed back.

Filters
These are the filters that you should have on your on-hand:
- Available physical
- Physical inventory
- Item number
- Warehouse
- Serial number
- Search name


How to change the filters

You can always delete a filter by clicking the X

To add one, click on '+Add' and add the ones you are missing

Dimensions

If you go to 'Dimensions' you can see what dimensions that is marked

Mark the same ones as in the picture below
- Inventory status
- Serial number
- Warehouse
- Location
- Item number
- Quantity <> 0

And remember to turn on 'save setup'
