Inventory transfer

It’s important to transfer all your exhibition furniture from your main stock, to your exhibition stock. This
also includes lamps and pots used in exhibition.

Step 1
Go to ‘Inventory transfer’ and click ‘New’



Step 2

Fill in your Warehouse. The site will be filled in automatically. Click ‘OK



Step 3
Click ‘New’ to make a new line. Fill in the item number and click on the tab button on your keyboard so the line updates. Refresh if the item has C-Collies



Step 4
Fill in ‘To warehouse’ with your exhibition stock location. The field ‘To site’ will automatically fill in. Also fill
in the ‘From location’ with ‘InStore’
When it’s an item that is not on outlet the ‘Serial number’ should just be ‘Store’

Lastly click ‘Post’ and ‘OK’ in the window that appears
