Click&Collect - Send conifrmation and check existing order confirmations

Send/print order confirmation + check existing sales order journals

Step 1
Go to ‘Open click and collect orders’
Open the Click and Collect order you want to send confirmation for
Under ‘Sell’ click on ‘Confirm sales order’

Step 2
To send the confirmation on email to the customer, make sure the ‘Send email’ is checked
To print out the confirmation, make sure to have chosen your stores printer and that ‘Enable’ is checked
Make sure to uncheck the ‘Send email’ box if you only want to print out the confirmation.


Extra – Check and resend existing sales order journals

Go to ‘Sell’ and click ‘Sales order confirmation’


Here you can view earlier sales order confirmations. You can print out the confirmation by using ‘Planet
Press’ or to download it and send it manual to the customers email.
