We still see some Click & Collect orders that is struggling with reservation – this issue keeps you from pricking items via the regular Picking flow.
The following guidelune will show you how to detect it and work around it to get these orders picked.
We have 2 reservation types – Physical and Ordered
• Physical Reserved – Items that are reserved from your Physical inventory – when an item is Physical reserved – it is ready to get Picked
• Ordered Reserved – – Items that are reserved on an incoming transfer order (Store delivery items) When items from a transfer order gets received in the store, the reservation changes from Ordered Reserved to Physical Reserved (Note: If items are “Ordered reserved” but you have the item physical – Please make sure to get the items received)
Detect reservation issue on a Click & Collect order
If the fields “Physical reserved” and “Ordered reserved” have no value – you can use the steps in this guide section.
Step 1
Go to the sales order – “Pick&Pack” and “Generate picking list”
Step 2
Set the parameter “Reduce quantity” to “NO” and the parameter “Reservation" to “Yes” - click “OK”
Step 3
Pick your C&C order from your Open C&C orders tile or via “Pick” from the sales order view
