Click&Collect - Generate new picking list

This guideline will show how to generate a new picking list.

Step 1
When changes have been made in the Click&Collect a new picking list should be generated. This is done by going to ‘Pick and pack’ and then clicking ‘Generate picking list


Step 2
In the next window just click ‘OK’
Now you should see the updated picking list. If the picking list is not updated, continue to next step.

Step 3
Sometimes the item is marked and everything should look fine. The item is marked if you see these checkmarks on the item line.


If they are marked and still won't appear on the picking list after the generation, continue and go to ‘Pick
and pack’ again and click ‘Generate picking list'.



Step 4
In this following window, change the ‘Reduce quantity’ field to ‘No’. Proceed by clicking ‘OK’


You should now get the updated picking list.
