If your view looks wrong in D365 / FO (Ex: missing tiles), please try to change it from 'Standard view' to 'My view'. Click on Standard view above the tiles to change it to the correct one:
Click on the three dots in the bottom right corner to "Pin as default". The view should stay on 'My view' afterwards:
