There is no music in the toilet
This might be because the speakers are on the wrong zone. To switch zone press the zone button for 1 second (it switches between zone 1 and 2):
Music isn't synchronized (not aligned)
Go to Spottune's platform and open both floors at the same time (two different pages). Restart the playlist on both at the same time (as good as possible).
It doesn't not synchronize it completely, but when the speakers turn on the next morning they should play at the same time.
The music stops playing all the time, and has to be manually started again.
1. Pull out the USB from the streamer and see if the issue goes away.
2. If yes, it is because there is no more space left on the USB, and it needs to be deleted before plugging back in.
3. If not, contact Helpdesk IT and ask for further help.
Other issues:
1. Restart by pulling out the power cable from the streamer and plug it back in after 5-10 seconds. Go to Spottune portal and start the music again.
