If you cannot send expenses and get error messages stating that the device does not have enough memory, and the app closes down whenever you try again, it is most likely because there are too many expense lines.
Please try the following:
1. Try again, by splitting up the expense in several applications, with less than 10 lines per expense application (e.g. if 14 lines try 7 + 7 expense lines in two applications)
2. Minimize the picture sizes when uploading the photos of the receipts. This can be done by using the in-app camera instead of uploading from the camera roll. This requires that the employee has kept all the receipt. According to Nicolas, the image size is 10 times smaller when using the in-app camera.
3. Try again on a different device (should only be necessary in extreme cases)
