When reporting an issue to Helpdesk IT, it is important to include as many details as possible. This makes it easier for the supporters to understand the problem correctly, and provide faster and better help.
Details that should be included:
POS & terminal issues:
- Store name and number
- A description of the issue
- If possible, a picture of the error message or issue
- Which POS or terminal (1 or 2)
Order issues:
- order number
- A description of the issue
- If relevant, payment method and price
Laptop issues:
- Name of laptop (search 'PC name' in the Windows search field to see your laptop name, ex: LT-LBI).
- A description of the issue
- Who it belongs to (personal or store laptop)
