If the payment terminal is not working, and/or showing one of the following errors, please follow the guidelines below:
1. Error: If it is showing "server busy" on the POS when trying to complete a payment:
Solution: Restart the terminal: Hold down the green and red button at the same time for 5 seconds - the terminal should now be restarting. It can take up to a few minutes to finish.
2. Error: If no payments shows up on the terminal.
Solution: Restart the terminal: Hold down the green and red button at the same time for 5 seconds - the terminal should now be restarting. It can take up to a few minutes to finish.
3. Error: If the POS is showing an error saying it can't find payment link files or that no active hardware station is available:
Solution: Check that there is an active hardware station at the POS or activate one:
1. Press Extras
2. Press Select hardware station
3. Press Process
4. Turn on Enable hardware station
5. Pair the correct payment terminal, in this case we're on POS 1, so we pair to Payment terminal 1, by pressing the Ready to pair button. Only the correct payment terminal needs to be paired. If the other payment terminal is paired, disable it.
6. The payment terminal is now paired, press OK to continue
7. Press the link button
8. Now the hardware station should be paired to the POS. To make sure, press Select hardware station again
And if it looks like this, you've successfully paired the hardware station.
Press close and you can continue with the order transaction.
