If the visitor counter is not counting correct or not counting at all, please check and do the following:
If it is offline / not counting at all:
1. Is it turned on? There should be a visible blue light on it.
2. Restart: find a ladder and reach above the counter to take the cable out and plug it back in.
3. If it still does not show blue light, change the cable to another Ethernet cable to see if it turns on. The cables can be defect.
If it is counting incorrect:
1. If you still think it's counting incorrect, contact helpdeskIT@bolia.com.
Note that the visitor counter counts all the time, regarding store hours. This cannot be changed. The counter is triggered by movement and therefore cannot differ from employees and customers.
