When an offer has been made by a sales person, and the customer wants to change some items or materials in the offer, the offer is automatically changed to an online order. This is not a flaw or an error, it is deliberately changed because the offer is no longer the same, and we can not decide whether the customer intentionally wanted the online terms or simply something else than what was originally in the offer.
