Product stuck in basket/POS

Sometimes a product is stuck in the POS / basket and "Void transaction" wont work.
This happens when there have been a partial payment on a order, and this has to be canceled before it can be removed. You know that there has been a partial payment by going to "Betalinger" in the POS. 

The next step show how you can remove the item that is stuck. 

1. If "Void transaction" doesn't work you will get this error message:
2. If this happen go to "Betalinger"
3. Mark the payment
4. Press "Cancel Cash Payment"
5. Press "Void transaction"
6. Now the product should be removed

Note that this DOES NOT refund any money to the customer.
