Sometimes when the salesperson presses the 'Go to POS' button from the basket, the items are not loaded into the POS, and it takes a long time before it goes blank. This is due to an error in the email-field within the customer info page, before they Go to POS.
It can be fixed like this:
1. when the POS is loaded, but empty, press 'Void transaction'.
2. go back to the basket and to the overview of the customer info.
3. change the email-field to be the store email OR the customer email with a +1 before the @ (ex. customer+1@email.com)
4. press 'Go to POS'
5. the items should be loaded into the POS now.
Remember that afterwards the salesperson is responsible for changing back the data to match the customers info, and resend the order confirmation if needed.
