We can by mistake have put in a wrong payment. Therefore, we have the possibility to cancel the payment and move on with our order. This can be used to cancel all payments except card payment.
Step 1
In this view there is already put in a cash payment on 10.000kr. Go to ‘Payments’ and mark the line you
want to remove and click ‘Cancel cash payment’
Step 2
Now you can see that the cash payment has been crossed out and you can continue with order
IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER: By doing this, we are not returning any money to the customer!
