Can't login on the Website - What to do?

You can sometimes experience a login issue on the website where clicking the cart on the homepage does not open the cart but simply refreshes the page. At the same time, the website incorrectly shows that no user is logged in. If you then try to click Sign in, the page also just refreshes without any effect.

To fix this, use the following workaround:

1. Press the Home button in your browser to reload the front page.

2. The website will now correctly display the account that is actually logged in.

3. Click Sign out from this account.

4. After signing out, the website will function normally again.

5. You can then log in again without any problems.
