To make sure all systems and accesses work correctly, it is important to inform IT whenever there are changes in store staffing. Please send an email to helpdeskit@bolia.com in the following situations:
When a sales consultant starts in your store.
When a sales consultant leaves BOLIA.
When a sales consultant needs access to sell from another store (temporarily or permanently).
By notifying IT right away, we make sure that the right accounts and permissions are set up or removed in time.
