How to reset Jabber

In cases where jabber is not working, it may be necessary to restart jabber. This can be done in the following way

• Log out of Jabber. Under the “Log in button” you will see the “Reset Jabber” button. Press this button.
• Afterwards, log in again with your shortnumber + 1 (for phone number 1 and 2 for phone number 2). + "@bolia.com". For example [e-mail] (for phone number 1) and [e-mail] (for phone number 2).
• 
• Now you will see another login screen. Here the username is the same as above, but with “@bolia.com” -  For example 1141 (phone number 1) & 1142 (phone number 2).
• The password is: adgjm

• 
• You should now be logged in to Jabber. Make sure the “Search group” is set to “logged in” as shown below
