BOLIA Outlet Upload: A clever little app, which lets you use any smartphone, tablet or even your Zebra scanners to upload pictures quickly and efficiently for your outlet products.
After uploading your picture, it will automatically be added to our Outlet webpage on the product you have chosen. The first picture will always be the stock photo of the product, so your own pictures will be added as number 2 and onwards.
To use Bolia Outlet Upload, you need a device running either iOS or Android and a working internet

Step 1
Open “Power Apps” on your device.
a. If you are using the Zebra scanner, please make sure that the camera quality is acceptable.
If yes, just open “Power Apps” like you normally do when counting.
b. If you are using your own device, “Power Apps” can be downloaded here:
Step 2
Make sure you login to “Power Apps” with your own Bolia email and password.
Step 3
When you are logged in, go to “All Apps” and find “Bolia Outlet Upload”. Press to open it.
Step 4
When the app has loaded, you will be welcomed with a screen asking you to type or scan the serial
number of your outlet item.
a. You can find the serial number of your outlet product on the label of the product or in your
On-hand list in D365.
Step 5
When you have typed in your serial number, press the little arrow to continue.
Step 6
You will now be presented to the photo checklist, which you must read and follow every time.
a. Press the little arrow to continue when you have read the checklist.
Step 7
You are now on the main screen, where you can tap the highlighted area to take a new photo of
your outlet product or upload a photo from your camera roll.
a. Make sure to double-check that you are uploading pictures for the right serial number. The
chosen serial number is written in the top of the screen. If this is wrong, press “Change serial number”

hen you have taken a photo of your outlet product, press the little “√” button to approve the
picture.
Step 9
After you confirm, the picture will be uploaded to the website.
a. You will get a green confirmation bar in the top saying “Picture is added to Storage”.
b. It will take several hours before the website is visible on the website.
Step 10
If you would like to add more photos after the first one, go ahead and press “Tap to upload a
picture” again and upload the next one.
Congratulations! You just uploaded photos of your outlet products.
Tips and Tricks
1. On the main menu, you can quickly check what pictures you have uploaded by pressing the
“Picture” button:
a. In this menu, you can type in the serial number of what item you would like to check, and
then the app will show you all pictures that have been uploaded to the webpage:
2. You can send an email to HelpdeskWeb@bolia.com if you accidentally uploaded a wrong picture to
the outlet product. Please include the serial number of the product.
Please be advices that uploading any pictures conflicting with the Bolia Code of Conduct will not be
tolerated and have consequences.
