Online Payment

The online payment tool is great when you need to sell something, and the customer isn’t physically in the
store.

Step 1
After everything is ready in the checkout - click on the ‘Online payment’ button
(In this Pop-up you can select sales person and payment agreement – Full or 50% prepay)

Step 2
In the next view you send the payment link to your customer. Select if you wish to send it via email or text
message. You can see when the customer opens the link, and when they start the payment. Lastly you can
see when the transaction is completed.

It’s important that you in the whole process is keeping the customer on the phone line, to make sure that
they make the payment right away.

The customer can choose various payment options, such as credit card, gift card and Klarna(only some
countries)

Note that we also provide Partial payment (50%)

Partial payment (50%) – will create 2 payments for the order. 1 payment that is captured immediately
and 1 payment that will be captured when the item arrives at the HUB – but maximum 7 days before
shipment will take place. No need for manual follow up.

• Instant items will be paid up front together with the 1. Payment
• Freight cost will be captured together with 2. payment
