If the network is down none of the following would be able to get online in the store: phones, POS, laptops, iPads etc. If some can get online and other can't, the network is NOT down and there is another issue present.
If your network / Internet / Wi-fi is down, please follow the guideline below:
1. Locate the Switch
The switch is the box with 48 ports, looking like this:
2. Find port 47. Pull out the cable and plug it back in after one minute.
3. Find the MX. Pull out the highlighted cable (see picture below) and plug it back in after one minute:
4. Locate cable 48 in the Switch (box from step 1). Pull out the cable and plug it back in after a minute.
5. Wait 10 minutes.
6. If it still does not work, call Helpdesk IT and explain the situation.
