Sometimes when pressing the 'Go to POS' button from the basket the items are not loaded into the POS, and it keeps loading until it goes blank. This is due to an error in the email-field within the customer info page.
It can be fixed like this:
1. when the POS is loaded, but empty, press 'Void transaction'.
2. go back to the basket and to the overview of the customer info.
3. ask the salesperson to change the email-field to the customers email, but now add a "+1" before the "@".
4. press 'Go to POS'
5. the items should be loaded into the POS now.
Remember that afterwards the salesperson is responsible for changing back the data in d365 to match the customers info, and resend the order confirmation if needed.
